About NeuroMind
NeuroMind helps parents understand the mind behind the behaviour so that they can respond with calm, confidence and connection. Over three practical, workshop-style sessions you’ll learn how your own nervous-system state and communication style shape emotional safety, reframe behaviour as biological communication, and build skills for co-regulation and repair. You will map your co-regulation loop using Polyvagal Theory, use body-mapping to spot early signals of dysregulation, develop acceptance and strengths-based perspectives.
NeuroMind focuses on real-life skills such as compassionate reframes, safe-language checklists, and a one-page profile snapshot you can use to capture your child’s needs and supports. The course pairs insight with practice so small changes become lasting habits.
Book NeuroMind to move from reactive patterns to deeper understanding, calmer connections and stronger trust.
Course Highlights

The Mind Behind The Behaviour - How your own nervous-system state and communication style shape emotional safety and connection.
Polyvagal Theory & Co-Regulation Loop - Dr Stephen Porges’ model for understanding how your regulation (or dysregulation) communicates to your child.
Body Mapping & Emotional Signals - Spot physical clues of stress in yourself and your child such as fast thoughts, tense muscles and fast heartbeat before behaviour escalates.
Behaviour As Biology, Not Morality - Shift from seeing misbehaviour as “naughty” to decoding it as a communication of regulated or dysregulated states.
Emotional Iceberg & Needs-Based View - Use the Emotional Iceberg metaphor to dip beneath surface actions and meet your child’s underlying needs.
Radical Acceptance & Strengths-Based Perspective - Learn to fully accept your child’s wiring, grieve the “fantasy child,” and reframe deficits into strengths.
Safe Language & Repair Strategies - Practice compassionate reframes and apply a Safe Language Checklist to repair ruptures and build resilience.
Neuroplasticity & Growth Through Safety - Understand how repeated safe, connected experiences rewire both your brain and your child’s.
Putting Insight Into Practice - Workbook reflections, group Q&A and a personalised action plan to help you embed strategies immediately.
Brews & Bonds Support Group - A 30-minute informal drop-in after each session to connect with other parents, share experiences and get peer support over refreshments.
