Cancellation Policy

ExploreBuddy – Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 8th April 2025 1. Our Services ExploreBuddy provides sensory and wellbeing sessions for children and young people with SEND. Sessions take place at the client’s home or agreed-upon location. 2. Booking & Packages All sessions are booked in advance or as part of a package. Packages can be renewed an unlimited number of times. A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking. 3. Payments Payments must be made in advance via accepted methods. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received. 4. Cancellations & Refunds All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your session or package, you will not receive a refund. If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule, but no refunds will be given. 5. Client Responsibilities A responsible adult must be present during each session if there are identified risks. You must provide relevant details about the child or young person, including health or behavioural concerns. The environment must be safe for the session. 6. Safety We may end a session if the space is unsafe or if behaviour puts anyone at risk. 7. Data Protection We comply with UK GDPR. Your data is kept confidential and only used for service delivery. 8. Liability We are not liable for injury or loss unless caused by proven negligence. Supervision of the child remains your responsibility. 9. Changes Terms may be updated. Continued use of services confirms your acceptance of any changes. 10.
